Can our employee order ID06-card? - Bestallid06.se

We at Areff have now launched a new function called “Invite”.

This service makes it possible for the dedicated orderer to send out an “invite” to the employees in need of an ID06-Card, now these employees can place their own order.

Please see the instructions below for how this function works.

1. To use the service “Invite”, you first need to log in on our website: bestallid06.se as the dedicated orderer for the company.
2. When you are logged in, the option “Invite” will be seen on the first page.
3. On this page, you provide the name and e-mail of the person you want to invite, as well as the period of validity for the card. Now you can send the Invite.
4. Now you can find the “invite” in your cart, here you will be able to see the completed order as soon as the intended person has filled in their personal information.
5. An E-mail has now been sent to the “invited” person and said person now needs to follow the link in the mail to start the process of the order.
6. After following the link in the previously mentioned E-mail, the employee needs to fill out their personal information and provide a picture of themselves. When this is done the employee has to click the button “Save and send”.
7. See the provided picture below, when this is visible the process is completed and the employee can now close the page.
8. The dedicated orderer for the company can now once again log in to their account and place the card orders which are ready and waiting in the cart.
