  • Individuals from an EU/EEA country with an A1 * certificate but without a coordination number * employed by a foreign company may receive ID06 cards issued with validity for a maximum of 6 months during a 12 month period.
  • Individuals from an EU/EEA country with A1 certificate and coordination number employed by a foreign company may receive ID06 cards issued with a validity period of max. 24 months or a maximum of A1 certificate length.
  • Individuals from a third country with A1 certificate and a foreign work and residence permit issued in an EU/EEA country employed by a foreign company from the same country may receive ID06 cards issued with a validity of maximum 3 months.

* Without a coordination number, an individual from the EU/EEA country employed by a foreign company can work in Sweden for a maximum of 183 days (six months) during a 12 month period – A1 certificate is required for foreign nationals employed in a foreign company.
